    1. How do I find and purchase products on www.stingsports.com? Use the menus on the top of the page to browse STING products by category. You can also search for a specific item by using the "SEARCH" box located in the upper right part of the home page. To access more information or purchase an item, click on the product image and you will be taken to the item's product detail page. When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, go to your shopping cart and click "Delete". Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.
    1. How do I change my order after it has been placed? Please email us at customerservice@stingsports.com to change your order. Where possible we will accommodate your request on review. If your order has been customised already, as per our returns policy we will not be able to adjust it.
    1. What happens if a product is not available? Due to the popularity of some products we may sell out at times of an item you wish to purchase. Should additional product become available we will re-display this on the website. You can also select to be notified when this product becomes available to purchase by selecting the “Email me when this size becomes available” option in the individual product details page. Back orders will not be accepted.

    1. How is GST / TAX applied? A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown for Australian customers only. Store customers who have been quoted on a trade basis will attract 10% GST to their purchase prices as part of their trading terms.

If you wish to return to the site at a later date and purchase another product, you will need to enter your original login details on the "Login/Sign up” page. If you have forgotten these details, please click on the "Forgotten Password" button and they will be emailed to you. From here you are ready to continue shopping without having to re-enter your contact details.
